How Did We become?

Our Founder, Retired Colonel Cleo Thomas, has over 24 years of military experience leading and managing several cyber defense and information technology (I.T.) organizations at the highest levels of the Department of Defense (DoD) and the White House.  He's solved critical problems, managed multi-million-dollar programs, and developed strategic plans to ensure my organization met mission requirements.

As the previous CIO/Commander of the White House Communications Agency, he provided operational support to the President of the United States and the White House Staff.  Colonel Thomas presented a multi-million-dollar budget increase to the House Armed Service Committee and the Department of Defense, which was approved and resulted in 100% support for Presidential-level mission requirements and technical modernizations.

As the former Chief Operations Officer for the Joint Forces Headquarters - Department of Defense Information Networks (JFHQ-DoDIN) under DISA, he leaned heavily on his leadership skills, assigned team, and operational experience to meet 100% of our defensive cyber operations mission requirements for over 40 cyber organizations. Through our combined actions, results yielded zero vulnerabilities while experiencing several major cyber-attacks on DoD networks.

He's beyond experienced in having synchronized more than 3,000 personnel in support of the Army’s largest operational Cyber Network, covering more than 9,000 miles and 16 time zones.  While employed at Ernst and Young post retirement,  Colonel Thomas was assigned the complex tasks of pipeline and business development, capture, strategic development, and marketing the company's capabilities to the U.S. Army and Defense and National Security Cybersecurity Accounts.

In 2020, He moved to Jacobs, where he advanced to VP, Global Director of Operations. He led the global operations in support of 55,000 employees for the Global Digital Center of Excellence, maintaining and synchronizing all efforts supporting the digital transformation strategy. He is now providing training for inner city youth to gear them for Defense IT Industry and positioning military spouses and veterans within the Federal IT Sector with NaiGate.
